Alo Moves

Alo is well-known for yoga clothes, but their signature app has a lot more going on -- barre, pilates, strength, meditation, and stretching. Their yoga offerings are very comprehensive and includes vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini, hatha, restorative, and more. In light of the coronavirus pandemic, they recently announced that they’d be offering a selection of free classes on their YouTube channel so that everyone has the ability to workout at home and de-stress.

Melissa Wood Health

The MWH method is a series of low impact movements and are as much for your mind as they are your body. Melissa focuses on just getting moving & making time for yourself, even if that is just 15 minutes in your day, rather than feeling like you have to spend 1.5 hours/day in the gym killing yourself to see results.

The workouts are all Pilates/yoga style flows. Melissa always has 12 workouts up for you to choose from, typically ranging from 15-30 minutes. She also has a few meditations, 4-5 treadmill series and pre/post natal series too. The top equipment pieces she uses are wrist/ankle weights and booty bands but she also posts quite a few that don’t require any.

Keep it Cleaner

They have powerful HIIT, Boxing, Strength, Yoga or Pilates sessions and focus on your mental wellbeing too with guided meditations.
