These protein pumpkin pancakes make the perfect breakfast for fall!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 TBS TUSOL Smoothie Blend
- Fresh Strawberries and maple syrup to top
Blend ingredients in a blender. Cook on the skillet. Add strawberries and maple on top. Serve!
