These no-bake cookies are easy to make and filled with plant protein.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnuts
1 Cup Pitted Dates
1 TBS TUSOL Smoothie blend
1/2 cup coconut shreds
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. With your hands, shape the paste into cookies. Coat with coconut shreds. Chill and serve!
