RECIPE: Sugar-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies đŸȘ⁠

2 ripe bananas, mashed⁠
1 TUSOL Banana+Chaga Smoothie⁠ Mix⁠
1 cup rolled oats⁠
1/4 cup almond flour⁠
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips⁠
1/4 cup chopped walnuts⁠
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut⁠
1 tsp cinnamon⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
1/4 tsp salt⁠
1 tbsp honey (optional)⁠

Instructions:⁠

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.⁠


2. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the bananas until they are smooth.⁠


3. Add in the rolled oats, TUSOL Banana+ Chaga Smoothie Mix, almond flour, sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and honey (if using). Stir until everything is well combined.⁠


4. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.⁠


5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.⁠
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.⁠
