RECIPE: Sugar-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies đȘâ

2 ripe bananas, mashedâ
1 TUSOL Banana+Chaga Smoothieâ Mixâ
1 cup rolled oatsâ
1/4 cup almond flourâ
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chipsâ
1/4 cup chopped walnutsâ
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconutâ
1 tsp cinnamonâ
1/2 tsp baking powderâ
1/4 tsp saltâ
1 tbsp honey (optional)â

Instructions:â

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.â
2. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the bananas until they are smooth.â
3. Add in the rolled oats, TUSOL Banana+ Chaga Smoothie Mix, almond flour, sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and honey (if using). Stir until everything is well combined.â
4. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.â
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.â
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.â
