1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 TUSOL Banana + Chaga Smoothie Packet
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup mixed tropical fruits (such as mango, pineapple, kiwi, and papaya)
1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
