RECIPE: Tropical Fruit + Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast Bowl

This refreshing recipe is packed with antioxidants to boost immunity, and healthy mushrooms to support metabolism and cognitive function. 




1/4 cup chia seeds⁠

1/2 TUSOL Banana + Chaga Smoothie Packet⁠

1 cup coconut milk⁠

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠

1 tablespoon honey⁠

1 cup mixed tropical fruits (such as mango, pineapple, kiwi, and papaya)⁠

1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes⁠

Optional toppings: sliced banana, sliced almonds, or additional honey 🍯⁠




In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, TUSOL packet, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and honey until well combined.⁠

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens and the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.⁠

Once the chia seed pudding is ready, divide it evenly between two bowls.⁠

Top each bowl with the mixed tropical fruits and toasted coconut flakes.⁠

Add any additional toppings you like, such as sliced banana, sliced almonds, or additional honey.⁠
