Recipe: Detoxifying Greens Smoothie Bowl

1 cup fresh spinach leaves (rich in antioxidants and supports detoxification processes)⁠
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced (hydrating and may help flush out toxins)⁠
1/2 avocado (contains healthy fats and supports liver function)⁠
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (contains bromelain, an enzyme that aids digestion)⁠
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (high in vitamins and antioxidants)⁠
1 tablespoon chia seeds (good source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids)⁠
1 teaspoon spirulina powder (nutrient-rich algae with detoxifying properties)⁠
1 cup coconut water (hydrating and provides electrolytes)⁠
TUSOL Matcha + Vanilla smoothie mix (rich in protein to regulate blood sugar) ⁠

Optional toppings:⁠

Fresh berries (such as blueberries or raspberries)⁠
Granola for crunch⁠
Chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)⁠
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness⁠


Combine fresh spinach, cucumber slices, avocado, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, chia seeds, spirulina powder, and coconut water in a blender.⁠

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add more coconut water as needed.⁠

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.⁠

Top the smoothie bowl with fresh berries, granola, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.⁠
