Protein Pumpkin Muffins

These muffins make the perfect breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- TUSOL Illuminate smoothie packet

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in silicone muffin baking tray. Bake at 350 Deg F for 20-30 mins.
