Matcha, Coconut + Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

This refreshing smoothie is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and tropical flavors to energize your day!

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium kiwi (peeled and sliced) 🥝
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened) 🥥
  • 1 frozen banana (for creaminess) 🍌
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale (optional for added greens) 🥬
  • 1 TUSOL Matcha Smoothie Packet 🍵
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) 🍯
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

    Instructions:
    • Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the kiwi, and measure out the remaining ingredients.
    • Blend: In a blender, combine the kiwi, coconut milk, frozen banana, spinach or kale, matcha powder, chia seeds, and honey (if using). Add ice cubes for a thicker texture.
    • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are well-combined and the smoothie is creamy.
    • Serve: Pour into a glass and garnish with a kiwi slice or a sprinkle of chia seeds for an extra touch.
