Creamy Coconut Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

This Creamy Coconut Turmeric Smoothie Bowl is a favorite of ours. Made with coconut milk, fresh ginger, banana, and mango - it's the perfect healthy breakfast, lunch or even dinner.
Turmeric contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components. These characteristics may provide glow and luster to the skin and help bring out your skins natural glow.


- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 packet TUSOL CALM smoothie mix
-¼ Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
-¼ Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
-300 ml Coconut Milk
-1 Piece Fresh Ginger
2 tsp Honey/Maple Syrup optional


Place all the ingredients in your blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth.

Add more liquid or honey/maple syrup if desired.

Top with toppings of your choice and add a little drizzle of coconut milk for extra creaminess.

Top with sliced banana, Toasted coconut flakes and mango chunks!
