DATE CARAMEL COFFEE CAKE 

This one is a keeper. It's completely comforting, easy to whip up for yourself or friends, ready in the time it takes to run an errand or FT with your trainer, perfect for any occasion, so light and wonderful and plant-based!

Prep Time: 8 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup almond milk 
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 cups almond flour 
  • 1 flax egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pack TUSOL Banana Smoothie blend 
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup coconut butter
  • Pinch of seal salt
  • Frosting: optional 

First, pit the dates and then pop them in the blender with the honey, seal salt, coconut butter, vanilla extract and slowly add in the almond flour — and last, the flax egg and almond milk. 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C (conventional) / 356°F or 160°C (fan-forced or convection) / 320°F
  • Line a 22cm (9inch) round cake pan with baking paper.

 

CHOCOLATE PROBIOTIC BROWNIES 

These brownies are filled with probiotics and taste delicious! 

Ingredients:
  • * 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • * 2 tbsp cocoa powder (10g)
  • * 2 tbs TUSOL energize Smoothie Packet
  • * 1/2 cup quick oats 
  • * 1/4 tsp salt
  • * 1/2 cup pure maple syrup,
  • * 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • * 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • * 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • * 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips 

Instructions:
* Black Bean Brownies Recipe: Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except chips in a food processor or high-powered blender, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well. (Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour into a greased pan. Cook the black bean brownies 15-18 minutes, then let cool. Serve!

 

SUGARFREE BANANA BREAD 

This Banana Bread is delicious, sugar-free and filled with protein. 

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups (flour
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda

- TUSOL Smoothie Packet
- pinch of mineral salt
- ⅓ cup Apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 small or 3 large overripe bananas (about 1 ½ – 1 ¾ cups (338-410g)), mashed
- ¼ cup (56 ml) almond milk, use only if needed

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 Def F for 45 mins. Serve!

 

VEGAN BLUEBERRY PANCAKES

These blueberry pancakes are easy, filling, and full of vitamin C! 

Ingredients:

Blend all ingredients. Cook on a pan. Serve with fresh blueberries and maple syrup on top!

 

GOLDEN MYLK LATTE

This delicious drink helps lower inflammation and soothes the soul. 

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp ginger spice
- 1 TBS TUSOL Calm

Heat all ingredients on a stove. Top with more TUSOL and ginger. Serve!
