Where can I purchase TUSOL products?
Our products are currently available exclusively online. Sign up for our mailing list or follow us @tusolwellness to hear about any availability updates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
How soon is my order processed?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
How do I apply discount codes?
Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one discount is valid per order.
Where do you ship?
As of now, we ship only within the United States. Sign up for our mailing list or follow us @tusolwellness to be first to know when we can ship internationally.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is included on all orders within the United States over $100. We work with USPS, FedEx and UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is estimated to take between 3-5 business days after the order is processed.
Is a signature required at delivery?
We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
What do I do if I need my package by a specific date?
FedEx offers second day shipping and next day air shipping options. You may select your shipping preference at checkout.
