Immune-Boosting Golden Mylk Latte

Imagine yourself sitting next to the fire, looking up at the stars, with nobody around, just you and your relaxed mind. Sometimes this isn’t exactly possible, but dreams can come true when you have this golden mylk latte in hand. All of the ingredients are very relaxing – turmeric and ginger are known to bring cortisol levels down, and they also contain powerful anti-inflammatory agents, so you can help your cells be more proactive and keep your immune system in check. 

Prep time: 5 minutes 

Serves: 1 relaxed person 

Ingredients: 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon powder 

¼ tsp curcumin powder

½ packet TUSOL CALM smoothie mix

Stevia to taste 

Sprinkle of cardamom powder 

Directions:

Combine almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, TUSOL smoothie mix, cardamom in a saucepan. 

Heat over medium until warmed. You mad add ghee butter to taste, or MCT oil if desired. Do not let boil, we don’t want to lose the precious enzymes.
