TUSOL on the WhealthCo Podcast is now live!

By Ingrid De La O , August 19, 2020

This is one of my favorite podcast episode I’ve ever done! Because one, I don’t know if you know but I’ve always been terrified to talk in front of the camera. When I tell people this they always say I act very natural, but deep inside I’m terrified and I forget half the things I know. Well, I’m happy to announce that the more I do this the more this inexplicable fear goes away. Also the fact that I was able to vibe with WhealthCo’s host Dasha Maximov made this conversation so easy. Ok, I just told you my fear. And that’s another lesson within itself. The more you practice and do something that is out of your comfort zone, the more easy it becomes.

In the beginning, having a new healthy lifestyle felt awkward to me. It felt hard to let go of my unhealthy routines. We are so used to being in a comfort zone, so anything outside of it might seem painful or just hard to reach.

In this episode we touched on a lot of the subjects I’ve been wanting to get off my chest. Postpartum depression is a big one for me, reminiscing on that is still painful because I wish I knew what I know now. And this is why I’m so passionate about everything I do, because I know what it’s like to be on the other side. I wrote a whole article about postpartum depression here if you’d like to know more about that.

We also touched on the subject of water. This is where I tell most people to start because it’s health 101. Five minutes after you consume water, it becomes part of your blood. It becomes part of you. So it’s important to know what you are allowing to become part of your matrix. What you are welcoming in. It’s the equivalent of having an open door to your house for anyone to just walk into.

  • There’s more…you just have to listen to this episode.
  • The shame of postpartum depression
  • Choosing your mate and healing from past trauma
  • Parenting past co-dependency
  • Glyphosate in our water and food system
  • Water and magnesium bicarbonate
  • Crohn’s disease and how to heal from it
